We don't ask for passwords, account credentials or sensitive account access through the form.

If you subscribe, we collect your email address and information needed to document/manage your subscription, such as signup date, source, consent wording/version and unsubscribe status.

A Visibility Baseline or Contact request does not subscribe you to marketing email.

When you run the Free AI Visibility Checker, DankRank processes the website or domain, question and country you submit to produce the result. Shared result links are unlisted, noindex and expire after 30 days.

If you ask us to email the result, we also collect your email address and keep the email address, result ID, send timestamp and delivery status for delivery and support, then delete them within 31 days.

Emailing yourself a result does not subscribe you to marketing.

To apply the free-check limit and stop abuse, the checker sets a necessary cookie that lasts up to 48 hours. It stores one-way keyed hashes of that cookie and of your network address, never the address itself, and deletes those hashed identifiers within four days of your most recent checker activity, including requesting an emailed result.

Hosting, security and anti-spam systems may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser/device information, request timing and security signals.

Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish legitimate submissions from abuse. Verification is checked server-side. DankRank does not retain the raw Turnstile token after it is no longer needed to validate the request.

When you choose Allow Analytics, DankRank uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage and successful conversions.

GA4 measurement is off until Analytics consent is granted.

When consent is granted, we also record which campaign, link, or referring page led to a specific form submission (Contact, Visibility Baseline, or Intelligence), so we can tell which outreach or channel generated that inquiry. This isn't collected if Analytics consent isn't granted.

DankRank does not send form names, email addresses, competitor details, messages or other form payloads to GA4.

Google Search Console may provide aggregate information about how the site appears in Google Search and does not depend on the site's optional GA4 consent.

Cloudflare provides site runtime and security services, including Turnstile verification. Information submitted through our forms may also be stored temporarily in Cloudflare D1 while we process and synchronize the submission. That lead payload is redacted after successful synchronization or, if synchronization continues to fail, no later than the seven-day retry limit.

Free AI Visibility Checker result records and results-email delivery records may also be stored in Cloudflare D1 so unlisted result links and email delivery can work, and are deleted within 31 days. Short-lived cached check data is kept there for no more than two days.

Resend is used for transactional website email and the DankRank Intelligence contact/broadcast system. It may process email addresses, delivery information and contact/subscription information required for those services. When you ask to receive a checker result by email, Resend also processes your email address and the message we send, which includes the website, country, question, a summary of the result and its link.

The Free AI Visibility Checker sends the domain, question and country you submit to DataForSEO, which retrieves the Google Search, Google AI Mode, ChatGPT and Google AI Overview results the checker reports. Your email address and network address are not sent to DataForSEO.

When Analytics consent is allowed, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 process analytics, device and browser information used for site measurement. Separately, Google Sheets is used as the operational record for form submissions and may store the information you provide through those forms. This form-data processing is separate from Analytics consent.

If a provider changes in a way that materially affects personal-information handling, this Policy will be updated before that use goes live.
